2.2 Availability and delivery time

4. Delivery

Reimbursement is possible if the ordered item is returned to us within 10 days of receipt of the order, in unopened condition, or if the package has been returned to us by the delivery service (insufficient address, package not demanded). The refund will be based on the value of the item purchased. Delivery costs for U. E. are from 6.95 Euros for orders under 120 Euros.
For packages sent to Europe with the "Priority" option and the "Economic" option, the carrier nor the shampooshop site is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or incorrect distribution of the package, it is from 6.95 Euros depending on the weight of the package.

6. Payment methods
Payments must be made in Swiss Francs or Euros. Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal) are accepted as payment. The current fees can be viewed under the various payment options.
