2.1 Product and price

The advice and recommendations of the manufacturer are decisive for the optimization of the result. Products in 1 Liter formats are not all supplied with their pumps. Prices are net, in  Euros, all taxes included. shampooshop reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price indicated on the online shop at the time of the order is decisive. Delivery is free for EU countries  120 Euros,  if the package is not sent by priority mail. The additional paying services ordered by the customer, such as the sending of the parcel in priority, are indicated separately in the shopping basket and on the invoice. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For packages shipped to countries within the E.U., delivery costs start at 6.95 Euros and are free of customs duties.

2.2 Availability and delivery time

Shampooingshop attaches great importance to displaying the most up-to-date and accurate availability and delivery times in the online store. Due to production or delivery problems, however, there may be delivery delays. This is why all information relating to availability and delivery time is given for information only and may be modified at any time. The delivery time can vary between 5 to 20 days, depending on the available stock.

3. Conclusion of contract

When ordering online, receipt of the order is confirmed to the customer by means of an automatically generated order confirmation by e-mail. The receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not contain confirmation that the product can actually be delivered. It only informs the customer that the online store has received his order and that the contract has therefore been concluded, provided that the latter can be delivered and that the price indicated is correct.

4. Delivery

At the time of the acknowledgment of receipt of the order, a provisional delivery date is indicated to the customer. In the event of a delay in delivery on the part of shampooingshop, the customer is entitled (except for special orders) to withdraw from the contract from the 30th calendar day following the delivery time initially announced.> In this case, shampooshop reimburses the customer for the amounts already paid. If the delay in delivery is not respected by the carrier, this cannot be attributed to the sales site. There is no possibility of claiming against shampooshop. The items are usually delivered by post. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.

Items in stock are delivered on working days, within 5 to 20 days as an indication. However, exceeding them cannot result in cancellation, compensation or late penalties by the customer. All items that are not in stock are delivered according to their availability within 5 to 20 days. Delivery costs are free from  120 Euros of order. If this is not the case, any additional postal costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer does not receive the products ordered on the agreed delivery date, shampooingshop may terminate the contract (cancel it) and invoice the customer for the delivery costs incurred. Reimbursement is possible if the ordered item is returned to us within 10 days of receipt of the order, in unopened condition, or if the package has been returned to us by the delivery service (insufficient address, package not demanded). The refund will be based on the value of the item purchased. Delivery costs for U. E. are from 6.95 Euros for orders under 120 Euros.

For packages sent to Europe with the "Priority" option and the "Economic" option, the carrier nor the shampooshop site is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or incorrect distribution of the package, it is from 6.95 Euros depending on the weight of the package.

If the packages are blocked at customs, the delivery time may unfortunately be extended, this inconvenience cannot be attributed to the online sales site

5. Customer's duty to monitor

The customer must verify his order. Any errors or damages must be reported to shampooshop immediately after their discovery or at the latest within 5 calendar days of receipt of the products. If the product has a defect, the customer must keep it as he received it, in its original packaging, and does not have the right to use it and must contact shampooingshop by email or telephone. Otherwise, the items ordered will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. The customer undertakes to scrupulously respect the advice and recommendations for the use and conservation of the manufacturer's products. Shampooingshop will not be held responsible for misuse or storage of items in conditions that do not comply with the advice and recommendations quoted by the manufacturer.

6. Payment methods

Payments must be made in Swiss Francs or Euros. Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal) are accepted as payment. The current fees can be viewed under the various payment options. They are also indicated in detail in the ordering process. In case of payment by credit card, the debit takes place at the time of the order. Delivery only takes place after receipt of payment.
